(4 oz Pre-cooked Burger, 1 oz Organic Egg, Organic Lettuce, Red Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, ABLE Essentials MediHI Pink Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, & Balsamic Vinegar)

Vegetable Base Preparation:
I started this beauty by laying down the foundation first. I placed a layer of green organic lettuce then a spread of crunchy sliced red bell peppers and cucumbers. I sprinkled on ABLE Essential MediHI Pink Salt, crushed black pepper, and sprinkled a teaspoon or two of pure balsamic vinegar.
1/4 lb Burger Preparation:
I heated a pan on medium heat until hot. When hot, I placed the burger in the pan, and while cooking to medium well, I generously utilized our ABLE pink salt and a crushed black pepper.
1 oz Organic Egg
When the burger was prepared to my particular liking, I moved it to the side and cracked an organic egg in the medium heat pan. It only took a minute or two because of the pan temperature, and I had that egg cooked to the perfect over-easy.
#1. I placed the burger on top of the vegetable base. #2. The over-easy prepared organic egg was delicately set on top of the burger. #3. The over-easy egg was cracked, and the yolk was used as a dressing for the egg and burger topped salad.
