Sweet potatoes are nutrient-dense, but they do have a lot of carbs, so they should be eaten in moderation! Baking sweet potato chips is my favorite way to eat sweet potatoes. I use a mandolin slicer to cut my potatoes into thin slices, toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake! It takes a while to bake them, flip, and bake them again, but it is so worth it! They are much better than store-bought and only last a few minutes before they are gone!
